update to IDEAS PRISM July/August 2024

Submission of egg thaw cycles has been resolved .

New Egg Thaw cycles

you shouldn’t have a problem submitting new egg thaw cycles.

• Remember to select ‘thawed eggs used’ on the Treatment Cycle Form

• Double check that the gamete sources are correct source, and the ‘frozen’ tick box in the embryo creation and use form

NOTE - ongoing error

for the moment the egg thaw form will remain orange, and the cycle blue even though there is no error on it. This will be fixed in a future build, and nothing will show on your error list.

Also, you may see some extra egg thaw forms that you don’t require - these will also disappear in a future build

Fixing Retrospective Egg Thaw Cycles

You will likely see a bunch of errors like this on cycles that you have attempted to submit before now;

You will need to delete the whole cycle and resubmit.

IDEAS PRISM

• Treatment Cycle form - click ‘Edit Form’

• Click the Delete button at the bottom

• this will delete all the forms.

• If you try to resubmit now you will most likely get this message when you try to submit the Treatment Cycle form;

to resolve this;

• Navigate to the patients treatment cycle folder

• Select the correct cycle you are trying to report

• Click the reports button in the picklist

• Double click the query called ‘1. PRISM egg thaw & soft delete fix’ (if you don’t have this email support@mellowoodmedical.com)

• A dialog box will pop up, click Yes to proceed

Once the process has completed, you should see the following message

You can now click on PRISM Portal again, and you should be able to submit your egg thaw cycle.
