BELRAP 2025 Settings.

For accurate data entry in the BELRAP form, it is important to fully and correctly fill in the following lists:

  • File / Family records / Lists

  • File / Family records / Medications, tests, and procedures

Lists

The following lists are no longer necessary for BELRAP, but due to old cycles, the drop-downs have been kept intact:

  • Genetic diagnosis

  • Reason for termination (Pregnancies)

  • Delivery method (Pregnancies)

Complicaties (behandeling).
For each option, the BELRAP code must be filled in.

Complications should be filled in under treatment cycles > treatment plan. The data will be transferred to the BELRAP fields: 64 t/m 70 (IVF). 

  1. OHSS Severe

  2. Infection

  3. Bleeding

  4. Trombosis

  5. Death

  6. Other

Diagnose codes (ICD9)

For each option, fill in the BELRAP code.

Diagnosis codes should be filled in under: Behandelingscycli > geplande behandeling.
The data will be transferred to the BELRAP fields:

  • 8-13 (IVF)

  • 10-12 (Non-IVF)

The country should be filled in under Demographic details.
The data will be transferred to the BELRAP fields:

Medicijn protocol (behandeling)

For each option, fill in the BELRAP code.

The data is retrieved from: Verrichte behandelingand if not filled in from Geplande behandeling; and transferred to the BELRAP fields:

24. Stimulation with clomiphene (IVF)
25. Stimulation with gonadotrophins (IVF)
26. Substitution cycle (IVF)
27. Spontaneous/modified cycle(IVF)
28. Other stimulation (IVF)
20. Stimulation with clomiphene (NON-IVF)

22. Total dose of gonadotrophins administrated (NON-IVF)

Onderdrukkingsprotocol

For each option, the BELRAP code must be filled in.

Onderdrukkingsprotocol should be filled in under: Behandelingscycli > Geplande behandeling of in Verrichte behandeling

The data is retrieved from: Verrichte behandeling and if not filled in from: Geplande behandeling; and transferred to the BELRAP field:
23. Pituitary inhibition (IVF).

  1. Agonist – long

  2. Agonist – short

  3. Antagonist

  4. None

  5. Progestin-primed ovarian stimulation (PPOS)

Reden geen terugplaatsing
For each option, the BELRAP code must be filled in.

The reason for no transfer should be filled in under Behandelingscycli > behandelingsplan.
The data will be transferred to the BELRAP fields: 55 to 59 (IVF).

  • No Oocyte

  • No sperm

  • No transferable embryos

  • OHSS risk

  • Other reason

Reden (voor afbreken behandeling) (behandeling)

For each option, the BELRAP code must be filled in.

The reason for treatment cancellation should be filled in under: Behandelingscycli > behandelingsplan.
The data will be transferred to the BELRAP field: 32. Cancelation causes (IVF).

  1. Insufficient ovarian response

  2. Premature LH and/or rising progesterone

  3. OHSS risk

  4. Other medical reason

  5. Non-medical reason

Trigger type

This is used for field 30. Ovulation trigger

  1. None

  2. HCG

  3. LH

  4. GnRH agonist

  5. Irrelevant

Gonadotrophines
For all gonadotrophin medications, enter "FSH" as the associated test.
These are all the used and confirmed "FSH medications" in the associated test.st. 

The relevant medications should be filled in under Behandelingscycli>Plan details 

The data will be transferred to the BELRAP fields:

25. Stimulation with gonadotrophins (IVF)
29. Total dose of gonadotrophins administrated (IVF)
21. Stimulation with gonadotrophins (NON-IVF)
24. Total dose of gonadotrophins administrated (NON-IVF)
