GUI - visibility of gamete sources throughout the lab procedures

THAW workflow - associated procedures | Improvement | Embryo thaw procedures do not show the original gamete sources for the embryos they do now - in the grid they are referred to as partner or donor , and the exact details of that partner or donor are detailed in the header.

sperm source method showing incorrectly in header of associated cycle | Improvement | this was thawed sperm but shows as fresh in LabPlan ISSUE - a semen sample Requisition which indicated ‘thaw’ on the drop down - in the embryology tasks in the associated cycle, the sperm source showed as fresh in the header which was incorrect. CAUSE - the default is fresh and the thaw procedure has not actually been documented yet. if the thaw procedure had been entered the sample ID would have turned to SEM prefix and would have shown correctly in the gamete source . RESOLUTION If a sperm sample associated with a cycle is still in Requisition phase (i.e. no procedures have been added) it will not show in the header of the embryology tasks at all , to avoid any confusion |

Andrology - Semen pH | Improvement | recording pH was direct data entry . could be improved and provide options from a scale to reduce chance of incorrect data entry A colour scale is now available to choose from or the number can be typed in directly | |
Andrology - Pre selecting for sperm thaw | Bug | when preselecting sperm straws to thaw on the gametes tab in the cycle in core IDEAS, the total straw cryoinventory was showing in triplicate or more in the LP thaw procedure and not other straws were selectable

Bug Fixes
Changing size of the content in the (multi) list select in tables | Bug | when there are multiple items to select form the pop up was very big. options have been reduced in size but are still finger friendly | |

Embryology - Error at egg collection, number of oocytes disappear after assess/allocate oocytes | Bug | Reported Issue - At egg collection, I added 26 oocytes and when clicking on assess/allocate oocytes only one oocyte is left
This is now resolved and egg collection works as expected |
