Configuration & Training schedules

When you first install IDEAS, you will have a period of time before your ‘go live’ date where Superusers will work with Mellowood Medical to configure the software to fit with your workflow and processes.
MOST CONFIGURATION IS THROUGH THE FILE>SYSTEM CONFIGURATION menu in IDEAS.
If your training and configuration sessions are remote, this will take place over a 3-5 week schedule, with a 90 minute online session per week for each department. Typically we would expect Superusers to need at least 90 minutes per week outside of the remote session to put into practice what they have learned.
Closer to 'Go Live', the Superusers will train the general users in the clinic, supported by Mellowood staff, and following a suggested agenda.
The following pages give an outline of what requires review and potential configuration in each department.
Each item is accompanied by a link to relevant online help pages, to supplement the face-to-face (or remote) sessions.
