• you would like to use them

• they can be edited to suit your needs

• Patient Intake Forms - Portal

You may want your patients to self-complete intake forms through the patient portal. You will review existing templates in IDEAS and edit them or work with us to create new ones.

• Drugs Tests & Procedures - Drugs

Review ‘drugs’ items - there will be a large selection of drugs present in IDEAS

• determine if you use the drug at all or can delete

• ensure that the information stored about the drugs is correct

• Add any new ones, including description and default doses

• include detail about dose, modality, phase of cycle where they are used

• hide if not going to be used,

Review ‘tests’ preloaded in IDEAS-

• determine if the tests present are relevant - of not they can be deleted

• determine if you would like the test to be named as a reason for appt

• portal - determine if you would like the patients to receive reminder sms messages - tick sms in labels tab if so
