Display cutoff line in follicle tracking sheet
You can define if you want to display a bold cut off line on the x axis at a set follicle size, on the follicle tracking page, and at what follicle size you want that cut off line to show at.
A number entered in this field specifies the y-axis value at which the thicker line is to be displayed. The allowable range for the value specified is between 12 and 30 inclusively.
Follicles that measure below the indicated size will not be accounted in IDEAS, and that they will not be used in an IVF procedure.
Minimum graph scale values:
This gives the user the opportunity to alternate the scales in the diagram in the Cycle summary
Hide donor names in overviews
Checking this box will hide the names of sperm donors or ovum donors in certain overview displays to protect the privacy of those individuals.
Note that this does not mean that such donors cannot be tracked, but rather that they are not displayed in inappropriate circumstances.
Consider the patient "biochemical pregnant" when the result of test
This section allows you to configure how you define pregnancy
You can define what test you wish to link to, and the outcome, to indicate a biochemical pregnancy.
Please note:The test is selected from a dropdown. The tests named in the dropdown are found in File>System configuration>Drugs test and procedures. Only those list members of "Type:" 'Investigation test' are listed for selection.
The units of the value expressed in 'nnn' are implicitly defined based on the test selected from the dropdown. This is why the number only suffices here.
IDEAS will classify a patient as biochemically pregnant if the result of test 'ttttttttttt' has a result greater than the value 'nnn' when it is recorded in the patient data, in the "Blood tests and investigations" section pertinent to the cycle.
When the result entered meets or exceeds the value specified here, IDEAS will automatically set the treatment into the "pregnant state" and record the date of the test as the "Pos. pregnancy date:" in the record for the treatment.
Default outcome when fetal hearts have been detected
When generating a ‘gestational USS’ record, a number is entered into the "Fetal Hearts:" field, IDEAS will automatically generate one record for each fetal heart recorded into the "Cycle / pregnancy outcome" section.
Here you can specify the default outcome initially inserted into the patient record when FH are detected and entered in a USS record.
you will likely choose the item "Ongoing pregnancy"
Of course, each such record can be changed later as the situation may warrant.
Default outcome when sac(s) have been detected
Here you can specify the outcome automatically entered by IDEAS when a fetal sac(s) has been detected without a fetal heart. The outcome will be set as soon the ultrasound record has been saved.
