System Options - Sign Off Tab

Reminder: Changes only take effect after IDEAS is restarted on a workstation.

Access from Menu bar;

System>Options>Sign off tab

In this tab the user has two options.

  • Sign off by current user

With this option the current user can sign off.

  • Sign off by asking username and password (standard)

On clicking the sign off button you will be asked for your name and password.

This is the preferred option - it allows a staff member to sign off on another computer.
