User Homepage - Sign Off
This copies the functionality from the management module. It lists events that have been completed, but not signed off yet. By default it will only lists items belonging to the homepage user, but can be overruled to show items for all doctors.
Signoff Folder
The sign off folder can be seen in the left panel of the User Homepage. The main folder lists the unsigned items for patients where the user is the treating physician.
The treating physician is allocated on the patient record, or if they have started a treatment cycle, in the cycle details.
Doctor filter
If the doctor only wants to see his/her patient (s)he selects her/his name in the user
(s)he is the treating doctor of that patient.
a request sign off is made for that item.
When All doctors is invoked by clicking
all patients are visible.
Event type Filter;
The list could also be filtered by type of event.
By default all events are shown, but the user could focus on one particular event by selecting the event from the event type dropdown box.
Number of days filter;
By default the list will collect items that have been performed in the last 7 days, but this could be manually overridden by entering a different number of days on the toolbar.
Signing off items on the list
When clicking on this button you can select per item manually or click on the button in the header and all items will be selected.
the items can be signed off by clicking this button A username and password will be asked to identify the user who is signing off.
Sign off by appointment
This folder works a little different from the main folder. The folder will show the appointments of the selected homepage user in the upper list and the events on the lower list. By default those lists are linked in the following way:
The selected patient of the appointment matches the patient of the event
The date of the appointment matches the date of the event
NOTE: The events are, unlike the main folder, not selected on the treatment physician or clinic physician of the patient, but solely on the selected appointment for that patient on that date.
By clicking the “Show all” tickbox, all events that relate to one of the appointments in the upper list will be shown in one list, without having to select the appointment in the upper list.
Clicking All doctors, will show all the appointments of doctors to which the logged on user has access to. This is set in the User rights.
Ticking “Hide appointments without events to be signed off” will remove all appointments that do not relate to any of the events to signoff.
Ticking “Show events for all listed appointments” will show all appointments as above but with the ability to sign off the items at the same time.
