User Homepage - Received Orders

The "Received Orders" folder displays the orders that have been sent to the selected homepage user but have not been completed yet. Once the orders are completed, they will drop from this list.

IDS2101 Orders

Completed orders can be viewed by clicking on the “Show Completed” orders.

In the middle column, headed “Order” there is the list of unfinished orders. The items have different icons in front of them:

This means the order is in progress

This means that the order has not have been read yet

This means that the order has been opened

This means that the order has a high priority

This means that the order has a low priority.

The D711 means that the order is 711 days old. The green line means that the patient is momentarily in the ART phase.


Double-clicking an order will open the order dialog in which the order can be completed.

When the subject is filled in it will create a subfolder.

A set subject list can be created so that received orders are more organised and easier to view.

  • When creating a new order, right click to edit the order subject list

 

  • Click Edit, and then add/delete or adjust as necessary (for more information on editable drop down lists click

 

  • When creating a new order, select a subject from drop down list

 

  • When reviewing orders on your user homepage, you will see them organized in subject folders.
