IDEAS Basics - Toolbar options

The toolbar is visible from all sections of IDEAS, and most buttons are self explanatory. Please note some button icons have been updated in V7 of IDEAS - if they have, both options are shown in this table

User Rights can be used to restrict access to any of these options on the toolbar

	Copy entry to next record Toolbar Arrow button - copy entry to next record
	Run default report
	Opens Report dialog for the open folder in the patient record
	Refresh last entry
	Set field filter Toolbar - filter options
	Remove filter Toolbar - filter options
	Opens the appointment diary
	Opens the query designer
	Opens the cryogenic storage module
	Opens the Management Module
	Opens the Orders/Alerts overview
	Opens a new alert
	Opens a new order
	Opens a new message to the web portal
	Opens the web portal (only for users of the web portal)
