Set field filter
This can be useful when you wish to shorten a displayed list.
E.g. You wish to only review the Drug entries in System Configuration>Drugs test and procedures
Click in any ‘Type’ field where 'Drug’ has been selected
Click ‘Set field filter’
The list will then be abbreviated to include only those entries that have classified as Type : Drug.
This can be done more than one time. The filtered categories will show in Italic.
E.g To show only drugs which are taken orally and in tablet form….
click in Default modality where 'tablet is selected and click 'set field filter
Click in default route where ‘oral’ is selected and click ‘set field filter’
remove all filters
Clicking this removes all filters that may have been set using the above method, and all items will be displayed.
