Data Fields - Right Click Options

Default value:

This will fill in the default value filled in the Properties option ( See Field properties - Value tab )

Add to clipboard:

Copies the value to the clipboard.

Edit List:

There are many lists in IDEAS - dropdown menus display a list of options to choose from and the majority of these lists are editable by you.

User Rights can be set to restrict who can edit lists.

Check spelling:

Fields where free text can be entered (comments or remarks boxes) can be spell checked. To turn on spell check in these fields, right click, select properties and tick this box.

Data entry history:

When data is filled in a field and saved it will be seen here.

And when somebody changes the address it will be time stamped and the user that has made the changes will be visible.
