IDS1904 How-to use the spell check

Spell check is available in any free text fields in IDEAS e.g remarks or comments boxes.

  • Right-click in the remarks field of the open Progress Note and select Check Spelling. 

For information on how to turn this function on for a field click here Field properties - Value tab

  • The spell checker will find the spelling errors and allow you to ignore or replace the word.  Select the correct spelling and click Replace to replace the misspelled word.  

 

 

 

  • Click Add to add a word to the dictionary.
