Andrology - Semen Analysis Folder
The Semen Analysis folder contains three separate sections
Each new record in the semen analysis folder is called an Investigation (this could be a fresh sample, thawing of a frozen sample, or receipt of a frozen sample from another clinic).
Each investigation automatically gets allocated a unique sequential number prefixed with SEM.
Each investigation can have procedures associated with it - these procedures are added in the bottom grid of the page
Top section
This section displays a record of all the investigations associated with the patient/donor.
You can see;
the unique specimen umber
an icon for easy identification of what the investigation is
some summary details of what has been documented in the associated procedures
When the sample is associated with a treatment cycle, the recipient will be displayed here too.
