To attach a product lot number template, click on Products tab and click on insert template.

Select a template which covers the products you wish to associate with the semen processing.

Click Save

The dropdown derives from File > System configuration > Lab products templates.

If not all fields are required, highlight those which need to be completed using the right click menu.

The Density gradient product and the Sperm medium are derived from the Products tab.
