Cryo Storage Feature

This page will go over cryo storage feature and how to enable it in the physician and patient portal.

Patient Portal

To enable this feature for the patient portal you must perform the following steps.

  1. Login as host and enable the ‘Cryo storage for patients’ feature

2. Login as tenant admin and enable ‘Cryo Storage’ permission for the patient.

3. Once enabled the patient should be able to view the cryo storage section.

Physician Portal:

In order for physicians to access the cryo storage section the user needs the following permissions enabled. Furthermore, you do not need to enable cryo storage feature for the tenant.

  1. Enabling Cryo Storage will allow the physician to view the patient’s cryo data by going to their patient file and clicking on the treatments tab.

2. By enabling ‘Donated and Discarded’ the physician will be able to see these records in the cryogenic storage section. The donated and discarded cryo will be shown with red text and a strike through. Disable this permission to hide these details.
