You can select, if a procedure is associated with the patient record within their treatment cycle, that it will show in the calendar in their Portal account.

To allow this, you should tick ‘Show in web portal’.

Send SMS/Send email;

These tick boxes are correlate to those in the top half of the screen - changing in one location will update the other.

Ticking any of these boxes associated with a item means that the patient will receive an alert or reminder for this procedure

Reminders

You can also determine if you like to send a reminder to the patient about that procedure, and how far in advance, using the reminder boxes here.
