ART cycle in which ovarian stimulation or monitoring has been carried out with the intention to treat, but did not proceed to follicular aspiration.

This needs to be filled in the Treatment plan tab of the Treatment cycles.

Unique name of commercial oocyte bank for oocytes sourced from commercial egg bank or chart number of donor patient (if donated at same clinic).

Type of donation.For same-sex female partner oocyte provider, choose non-anonymous.
If oocyte provider intends to keep some oocytes for own use, choose non-anonymous or anonymous oocyte sharing, whichever applies.

When a donor is used the status of the donor will be filled in automatically.

Number of cumulus-oocyte complexes (COCs) collected and/or number of oocytes thawed.

This needs to be filled in the Egg collection event.
