Embryology (Frozen Embryos) section

This section is mainly for FET cycles.
Occasionally, embryos may be thawed in a fresh cycle (eg, if no or only poor quality fresh embryos are available for transfer).
In this situation, you should enter the data here.
If embryos were thawed, all fields are required, except 115. / 117. Freeze ID of thawed embryos boxes.
If the thawed embryos were from more than one batch, use the additional Freeze ID boxes.
If no embryo was thawed in a planned FET cycle, the cycle should not be entered to CARTR+ at all.
If no embryo was thawed in a fresh cycle, just leave this section blank.
