Worklist

IN DEVELOPMENT - Worklists are a new feature of IDEAS 7: To ensure patients follow a pre-defined workflow. Patient Location Tracking

Ideas 7 introduces a new feature "Patient tracking". It is part of the worklist feature and allows users to track patients location within the clinic when they arrive for an appointment. IDS2802 Patient location tracking

Patient Homepage

New Patient Homepage provides user with a quick overview, single pane, synchronized, of key information of Patient/Couple,

• cryostore contents - any sperm stored by the partner will be visible on the patient section, as will any sperm or embryos claimed by the patient

• Cryostore contents - a tooltip ion the homepage will show any PGT results and remarks associated with that stored item

• Progress notes - hyperlinks to specific notes can be displayed on the homepage, as can specific answers which have been flagged

Demographics

You can now assign a gender from a customisable list, as well as a sex

Appointment Rosters

• more information columns which are customisable, and the ability to set favourite pre-set templates for what you need to view every day

Cycle Summary

• This has been developed to show many more details relevant to the treatment cycle, and direct links to the ‘edit treatment plan’ section. There is also a summary of the patient on the page

• Many more filter features, and ability to set favourite templates.

• if you have patient portal you can now see in IDEAS if the patient has clicked a button to confirm that they have taken their drugs that day

• you can make embryos/gametes not available to use before discard by change the purpose - cryostore contents appear in red and are scored through
