| Patient Demographics | - A new section 'Addition Information' is now available in the 'My Details' page. Clinics may choose to have any of the following fields displayed in this section for the patient to either view or edit. Please contact support@mellowoodmedical.com to enable any of these fields.

- City field in 'My Details' now appears as a dropdown with the same options available in IDEAS.

| Forms | - 'Save' button renamed to 'Save & Close'
|
- 'Submit' button now shows on the last page only of forms when it's first added to the patient file. If the patient saves the form and reopens it, the 'Submit' button is available on each page.

- Progress bar now shows # of questions answered out of total number of questions on the form.

- 'Page x of y' has been moved closer to the page navigator buttons on the form.

| Treatment Calendar | - Treatment plan remarks if available for confirmed drugs are now displayed in the weekly view.

| Address changes | - An automated order can now be set up to notify the clinic when the patient edit their address on the portal. An order will be received on the User Homepage > Received Orders of select clinic staff. Please contact support@mellowoodmedical.com to enable this option.
