My Details drop down lists are Not in Alphabetical order

If there are other mandatory editable fields then the value for other number doesn't save and gives internal server error

Other Number' missing from the list of editable and mandatory fields in settings

My Details- Phones and Devices section remains editable even if the permission is unchecked

Patients 'Date of birth' shown as invalid in some languages (Polish, Espanol, Swedish, Chinese) and empty in others (Greek)
