This version of the Portal is optimized to work with IDEAS v6.0.12.6

Enhancements
Portal Team Messaging	The ability now exists to allow patients to send and receive messages from clinic 'Teams'. These teams are setup as user groups within IDEAS, whereby clinic users can be a member of multiple cross-functional groups/teams. This approach helps ensure that all members of the patient-support team can access relevant messages or cover for an absent team member on days off.

Bugfixes - General bug fixes including the following:
Treatment Plan drug dosages	Address the format display of treatment drug dosages in the patient portal in terms of units and total dose.
