Enhancements
Form Submissions	The name of the Form submitted by the patient can now be included in the order that is automatically sent to staff members to notify of new portal form submission. Please contact support@mellowoodmedical.com to add this option to your staff notification.
Bugfixes - General bug fixes including the following:
Demographics	Resolved issue where Partner details still appeared on Portal if end date of relationship had been entered into IDEAS. Fixed issue where weight entered by patient was not visible after saving, although value still appeared in IDEAS.
Calendar	Date format in Weekly view now appears as mm-dd-yy for US clinics. Added icon to the drug doses to indicate to the patient that a remark or more information is available to view.
Forms	Character limit on portal form answers now matches character limit in IDEAS Progress Note templates.
Documents	Fixed issue in shared documents where if the Document Type was 'Lab Results' in IDEAS would not appear on the portal for the patient in some cases.
Messages	Fixed issue where incoming portal message appeared as 'Incoming Email' message type in IDEAS
