DTP Config. - adding, editing and deleting items

To configure Drugs, Tests & Procedures , go to File>System Configuration>Drugs, Tests & Procedures

Add an item:

  • Click on " New..." to add an entry.

  • Complete the fields using the configuration help pages here as a guide;

  • Choose Save to save the changes, or Cancel to discard the changes.

Edit an item:

To edit an item to the drugs, tests and procedures list, do the following:

  • Select the procedure you wish to edit from the upper list with the mouse.

  • Edit the details you wish to change

  • Choose Save to save the changes, or Cancel to discard the changes.

Delete an item:

To delete an item from the drugs, tests and procedures list, do the following:

  • Select the procedure you wish to delete from the upper list

  • Tick ‘obsolete item’ to soft-delete or click ‘delete’ button at the top of the page to delete permanently

In financial summary reports, information from the Prices section is sometimes required. If the item has been deleted, the report may not print the correct results. Deleting records from the Prices form should therefore be done with care.
