IDS5400 Patient Record Reports

The below is a list of the reports available from a patient record. If you don’t have any of these reports available, contact support@mellowoodmedical.com for help.

Most patient record reports are in a mail merge format, with the output being either a Microsoft Word document or a pdf file. The Word document reports in particular, are easy to personalise and edit to your particular requirements, e.g. adding and removing fields, adding logos etc, although we advise that you discuss with Mellowood initially, and always recommend making a copy before making any changes.
