IDS6212 - Progress Notes Template - Questions tab

1 Left Section - Name of template and sub-topics
2 Middle Section - Questions
- 2.1 Add a question

3 Right Section - a summary of the selected question

The Questions tab contains the questions that the template consists of, and any conditions associated with them can be defined here. The screen is divided in 3 sections;

Left Section - Name of template and sub-topics

The left section shows the name of the template and any subsections

Subtopics can be created - Right click on the name and click on add.

Middle Section - Questions

You can change the order of the questions by using the up and down arrows

This is a shared question
Delete tick box - When ticked the question won’t be used for new Progress notes, but still be visible for existing notes.
Web tick box - When ticked the question will be visible on the web portal.
Req’d (web) - When ticked the question can’t be blank in the web portal.

Add a question

Select the subsection you want the question to appear under
Click add

Edit existing questions

Be aware -if the Template has been used and saved in a patient record, you will have to make a copy of the whole template, obsolete the old version and edit the copy.

Select the question you wish to edit in the middle pane
Click the Properties button
This will open the window detailing the properties of the question which you can then edit

Removing questions

You can remove a question by highlighting the question and;

clicking ‘Remove’ to hard delete the question

OR

Ticking the box to soft delete - this can be restored
