IDS6218 - Progress Note Template - Remarks template tab:

In the remark template tab you are able to determine if you would like ensure some questions and answers appear in the remarks box of the Progress Notes, as well as in the questions and answer list
E.G. - Creating a PN template to allow the answers to a Diagnosis Question to show in the Remarks box of the Progress Note
Using the Special tab in the Progress Note template to allow some questions & answers to appear in the PN Remarks Section
E.g. Two questions have been added to the Progress Note template

Diagnosis (I)
When created, both questions have been set to merge answers into the Remarks tab by entering a UDF code in the 'Special ' tab. For more info click here

Then double clicking on “Diagnosis (G)” with no “insert question too”.
On the second line the tick box “insert question too” has been ticked.
E.g. the template text “The patient has diagnosis” has been added to the remark box. The code between the <<…>> is the filled in code in UDF code in the special tab of the question.
Merging PN answers into the Remarks box - Creating the PN
Create a new PN in the patient file
Complete the answers
E.g.
the answer to the Diagnosis (G) question has been entered as ‘Vaginitis’
the answer to question Diagnosis (I) has been entered as ‘Habitual AB w/o preg’
click on Merge in the toolbar
the answer text is visible in the Remarks box of the created Progress Note
