IDS1905 How-to copy appointments automatically to outlook

Only if the Windows username in Personal Settings is equal to the Windows username, the appointments in IDEAS will be copied to Outlook.

Configuration

File > Personal Settings, Add in Start-Up the Windows username - IDEAS Basics - Logging in - passwords & personal settings
Choose a Synchronize option
