The display of the diary can be controlled via these icons,

• Clicking the dropdown in the date field will open a calendar for selecting the date, or move forward or backwards by days or weeks using the arrow icons.

• Return to the current day by clicking ‘Today’

Clinic Site filter

You may also filter on a specific Clinic Site to view only those appointments booked or available at a certain site. Note you will have to configured your appointment rosters and allocated to them so sites to utilise this feature - Config - Basic appointment rosters Config - Complex roster

Messages

Messages can be added to the Message Panel for all users to view. This allows you to enter an event or note applicable to the selected days that will appear for all users to view when they open the Appointment Diary.

To add a new message, right click on the message panel and select Add.
Enter message title and details. Press Save. 

Message now appears whenever a date in this date range has been selected.
