Left hand drop down - list of all resources

You can select any resource or doctor from the drop down and you will see a detailed appointment roster for that resource/doctor or the selected date

Column headers

You may not want to see all the column headings in this view - you can change this by right-clicking on a heading and selecting

Un-tick headings you don’t want to see, and click in the grey box to drag the headings and change the order.

Note - this setting will not be retained when you log in next time unless you have IDEAS 7.0.14 or above

Right hand ‘site’ drop down

In this view, the right hand ‘site’ drop down is not available - that particular resource will already be assigned to a site

To create an appointment double click on the time slot to open the appt creation window - any details completed there will be seen in the appropriate columns once you close it - IDS2302 Booking, editing, rescheduling and cancelling appointments
