There may be many columns and resources in your appointment diary and you may only want to see a selection of that data - you can change your view to simplify it, or make it more useful to you

These settings are user specific - they will only be associated to your log in details and won’t be seen by anyone else.

For the single resource view screen, you can hide and rearrange columns

• Right click at the top of a column and select "Column settings".

• To move a column click the grey the red square - the double head arrow will allow you to drag the column to a new location in the list

• A green tick indicates that the column is visible - untick to hide it from view

Appointment diary view templates

As part of your job role you may need to focus on different appointment rosters or staff schedules, depending on what’s happening that day.

In the multi-resource view (Appt Roster - view all resources/doctors), you can create filters which will quickly change your view to what it is you need to see and hide the rest of the resources
