Semen analysis procedures

To add a procedure

Once you have created a new semen analysis record, it will have been assigned an ‘SEM’ number, you will have completed general information about the sample and linked it to a treatment cycle and recipient if applicable.

You can now add a selection of procedures to that semen analysis. You can add any procedure from the list. The most commonly used will be Basic Semen Analysis, Semen Preparation and CASA, but there are many more options for more detailed analysis data collection.

Select Details button at bottom of screen to begin adding procedures to this sample. Open Select Add Procedure Open	select ‘add new procedure’ from buttons at the bottom of the page Open

• Select relevant procedure from the list - the most common will be ‘Basic Semen Analysis’ and 'Sperm Preparation'

Cancel	This will close the form without saving and all changes will be lost
Add procedure	Select a new procedure Open
Remove test	This will remove the selected test
Semen procedures	This section will display the procedures of this semen sample
Summary	This section displays the summary filled in the selected form
