Prescriptions created in the patient record cannot be set to automatically generate invoices for drug sales. A Pharmacy sales record should be manually created for each item on the prescription. This will autogenerate a list of billable items, which can then be used to generate an invoice

  • Click the “ New…” to create a new blank prescription form

  • A new blank prescription will appear in the window, with the current date.

  • Enter the prescribing physician and remarks if applicable.

  • The remaining fields such as “Doctor” and any “Remarks” required should be completed.

  • You can now add each drug individually or by adding a pre-configured template.
