Demographic details (DD) folder

The demographics folder is found in the folders list on the left side of the screen. It consists of a number of tabs that stores patient information such as the name, date of birth, sex, address, contact numbers, patient registration number, relationship details (partner, donor, recipient), GP details, physician details as well as some financial details for each patient.

The patients “homepage” will open up. On the left select the “Demographic Details” folder.
