Chart Status

This is a fixed list.

The most important function of this drop down is to identify Test Patients , to ensure they are not included in reports.

if you have IDEAS Version 7.0.14 or above you will see two new options on this fixed list - 'Non-accepted Donor' and 'Anonymous Chart

Gender Different From Sex tick box

Ticking this box will allow you to choose the gender of that patient from an editable drop down list

Patient Class

if you have IDEAS Version 7.0.14 or above you will see this new field on your demographic details page

 

Phone Numbers/Email

if you have IDEAS Version 7.0.14 or above and your clinic is in North America you will now be able enter a 0 at the beginning of telephone numbers
