In this area you can record Donor eligibility status, remarks and date.
a new update record should be created at each change of status to maintain traceability -we would recommend not editing the status but do create a new one to supercede.
If a donor eligibility status has not been recorded in this area, you will be reminded when you use the donor as a gamete source in treatment
N.B. This is not an editable list
if the status has been set as eligible, this will be indicated on the cryorecord for any claimed samples from that donor, and also anything created with that donor gamete by a green tick in the FDA column
Note - the green tick only shows on the cryorecord of gametes or embryos which have been claimed unclaimed remain unticked
Editing the eligibility status of individual gametes/embryos in the cryo module
As well as setting the status of the donor as a whole you can also set a status on individual straw
right click on the green tick column of the cryorecord and edit the eligibility status of individual gametes or embryos.
