PN - Notes by Category tab

This page is used strictly for review purposes, to provide another and possibly more useful view of the information on file because it combines responses from different sources (Progress Notes entry questionnaires) under their specific categories.

The information presented here is also available through the More info link on the "Demographic slice".

The Categories are listed in the left-most frame of the entry area. Only those categories that actually have information in them are listed there. When you select no category all information will show. When you select a category then the table will display all information that has been entered that is related to the category.
