PN - Diagnosis tab

Diagnoses listed in this tab have a cross reference to billing codes etc.

Diagnosis codes are also added to individual treatment cycles on the intended treatment tab , in the primary and secondary infertility fields

A Progress Note can be used to track a patient's diagnosis and display it on this tab - a question should be created in a Progress Note template of your choice.
