A photograph of the patient, taken by a webcam or imported e.g via the patient Portal, can stored in the patient record.

Clicking the camera icon allows a live preview of the photograph in the window.

• Click “Save” to capture the photo and it will then appear in the photo placeholder. The photo can now be viewed here, and also in the Demographic Slice.

• uploaded a file to IDEAS by clicking the folder icon and navigating to the location of the file.

These checkboxes can associate certain properties to this patient record.

Anonymous - donors to be considered anonymous to the patient in a treatment cycle should have this check box ticked - see also IDS4602b - Donor Anonymity

This section can be used to allocate a patient or donor record to a security group - this enables the clinic to limit user rights or access for a particular group of patients.
