Cryogenic Storage

Cryogenic storage will show all items (oocytes, embryos, semen or claimed donor sperm) currently in storage. Each item is also hyperlinked so clicking the link will take you to the relevant item in the cryomodule.

Folder selection can be made on the left hand side.

Index panel

NB In IDEAS V7, these items are available from the Picklist in the bottom left of the screen. The picklist will always be available, no matter which folder you are accessing it from.

The Index allows you to navigate through the various tables of the home page.

Upcoming appointments	All upcoming appointments are displayed here. Left click an item in the date column to hyperlink to the specific appointment.
Screening tests	Screening tests are displayed for the selected patient.
Alerts	Alerts are listed here. Left click on the Description to hyperlink to the specific alert
Orders	Orders are listed here. Left click on the Description to hyperlink to the specific alert
Treatment status	The Treatment status section displays all treatments recorded within the database.
	Choose a treatment cycle from the treatment cycle drop down box. Select the treatment from the list or select the Current treatment button for the current treatment. Treatment cycle details and description are displayed in this area. Events (Blood tests, embryology, drugs etc.) are hyperlinked to their respective areas within specific patient’s record.
Cryogenic storage Tooltip will display if not all notes fit column space) will display information about the item in storage;	This area of the homepage shows a list of material that has been placed in cryogenic storage, including claimed donor eggs and sperm The items are hyperlinked and opens the cryo module to show storage location. ‘Notes’ . Tools Panel

NB in IDEAS V7, all ‘new’ items are created from the top toolbar. New orders/alerts buttons are always available whilst the other items such as treatment cycle or progress notes are only available when you are in the appropriate folder.

In this section of the homepage the user can make a new entry without switching to that folder and keep the homepage open.
