Left clicking this tab will open up the country specific agency reporting section. Instructions are contained within the specific country's agency chapter. This is dependant of which country is set in System options:

Choices are:

SART ( USA )
CARTR ( Canada )
NPSU ( Australia & New Zealand )
BELRAP (Belgium)
