You can only delete a treatment cycle if there are no records associated with the cycle.
This error will appear if you attempt to delete a cycle that has events linked to it.
You can remove the linked events by going to the Plan Details tab of the treatment cycle.
Click on the first planned event
Click 'Remove Rest' at the bottom of the page.
Any unsigned off planned events below the selected records will be deleted.
Remove the top record by clicking Delete
Any events that have been signed off will remain linked to the cycle preventing you from deleting the cycle. You will have to link these events to cycle 'None' or to another cycle.
Inthi In the example below there is a signed off ultrasound record associated with the cycle. Go to the Ultrasound folder. Depending on your system settings you may be able to link the record to another cycle without revoking the signoff. In this case you can just select another cycle from the Treatment Cycle dropdown. If the treatment cycle dropdown is in a read-only state, you will have to first revoke the signoff.
Click Signoff icon at the bottom of the window and select Revoke Signoff.
You are required to enter a remark indicating the reason for revoking the signoff. You may also be required to enter your username and password.
Once the signoff has been revoked, you are able to associate the record with another cycle.
Return to the Treatment Cycles folder.
You will be able to delete the cycle now that all associated records have been removed.
