Tx cycle - Performed treatment tab
The Performed treatment tab displays the final outcome of the treatment cycle.
The performed treatment may be different to the intended treatment
Information collected from the treatment plan and actual events (drugs, semen source, laboratory events and stimulation protocol) are displayed in this tab.
Performed Treatment
This section summarizes the type of treatment undertaken. During the entry of laboratory data, the tick boxes will automatically be filled in by IDEAS as the laboratory events are entered. The exception to this functionality is when Retrospective data entry is being entered with no laboratory events being created. In this situation, you can tick the boxes manually.
Semen Source
IDEAS auto-fills this section according to the information contained in the specific andrology record for the semen used for insemination. Confirm the selection on completion of the treatment.
Transfer Technique
Fill in the mode of transfer and indicate if the embryo transfer was elective.
Note: The term elective transfer is generally used to indicate that the transfer was an Elective Single Embryo Transfer (eSET).
Cycle ID
This number is auto-filled by IDEAS. (This number is unique and is created when the treatment was created).
Drug Protocol
Indicate if it is a stimulated treatment.
Fill in the stimulation protocol. If the actual stimulation has varied from that selected in the Intended treatment tab, select a protocol which best describes the treatment undertaken.
The drug table will summarize the drugs which have been confirmed within the treatment cycle. They are grouped according to treatment phase. This information can be used in drug summary requirements when reporting to your data collection agency.
