When selected from the Progress Notes folder, a Progress Note will open in a separate window.

The window is made up of a number of sections:

Progress Note (PN) Toolbar

Merge/Unmerge	This will fill in the answers to the Remarks template. This works with the Remark template tab of the Progress Note.
Audit trail	Allows the user to view a detailed history of the changes made to the PN
Create order IDS2101 Orders	You can send 1 order per Progress Note and it will show in the PN like this:
Show summary	Allows the user to summarize the PN and only display answered questions.

Individual Progress Note Window
